How do I qualify?
The physician (M.D. or D.O.) who manages your systemic diabetes is called the certifying physician . The certifying physician must state the following:
1. You have diabetes mellitus
2. You are being treated under a comprehensive plan of care for diabetes
How much do I have to pay?
The Medicare will reimburse a portion of the amount it designates as “allowable,” with the patient, or supplementary insurance, responsible for paying the dispenser/supplier the remainder of the total payment amount. Most of our patients qualify and have no or little cost to them. If you have a co-pay, we take care of that for you, too. Our goal is to get you the supplies you need at no cost to you.
